Terrible experience at the cafe. The woman at the till was rude and looked like she hadnt had a wash for a year. Another woman was on the her mobile on a personal call in the middle of the cafe while sweeping the floor, she looked like she couldnt be bothered. Food was just okay. No coffee available. Place looked dirty, pots left on tables and tables not wiped, it wasnt even busy so should have been clean. Then while eating our meal 2 women were stood calling their boss about their rota, all in our ear shot. Another staff member that had a head set on was stood in the middle of the cafe with a coat and scarf on chatting to another staff member. To sum up, very unprofessional, staff seemed like they couldnt care less and the place was unclean. I understand people need to take calls and discuss things but go in the back rooms to do so.

We visited to purchase some bulbs, after having a great coffee and cake in the cafe we collected the bulbs and some cookware.The staff were excellent and went way above and beyond sourcing an extra item we required. I would highly recommend this branch,

Always like shopping here, it can be a bit chaotic floor space wise (wouldn't get down the main aisle easily in a wheelchair sometimes) but it's good on the whole. Lots of bargains to be found!
