Can you go to a post office where staff aren't patronising? Unfortunately the answers no.

This is the best PO I've ever set foot in, the ladies in this PO are so obliging helpful caring and cheerful. We've been living in Cotgrave eight months or so now and every time I need help, they're so willing, they're nothing short of being extra special. If any of you special ladies ever get round to reading this, thank you so much for everything.

Cotgrave post office compliments the small array of friendly shops in the village centre. It's always busy, no matter what time of the day you go, but there is always a friendly face at the counter to greet you. Always happy to help or explain any of their services. They sell a good selection of cards incase you've forgotten to get someones. They also sell jiffy bags and sellotape etc. You can park directly outside or in the Sainsbury's next door but one, so it's really convenient. They get to know you as locals and remember your name which is a nice touch.

A lovely little old fashioned post office just a stone's throw from the church in the old part of the village. At peak times it can be busy, especially just before Christmas, but mostly you can expect friendly efficient service in a convenient location.
