Can't recommend these guys enough. Always have lots of advice for new owners, all the equipment you can need, same goes to food. It's reasonably priced and the staff are so lovely. I recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a new pet or just husbandry and food for their animals ?

been in a fair few times now as I got my beautiful jumping spider from here always happy to help and let me chat to all the shop pets and rehomes absolutely love coming in to see everyone growing into an amazing store with updated lines regularly always something different to see when we go

Loving the new store down in colwick, staff were absolutely great and had so much time for us when buying our snow corn snake and made sure we were fully equipped to look after him properly, alongside the great customer service the prices are really reasonable and the loyalty system they have alongside this is great too! Will be using these guys again in the future!

Absolutely love this shop and the staff. Always friendly and happy do give me advice on my son's Dragon. It's very clear that it's not just a business, they genuinely care about reptiles. If I'm ever worried about the Dragon, they are literally just a phone call away and always happy to help.
