This is the second time they lie about prescriptions not being send by gp. First time I didn?t write anything but this is too much , it?s obviously a habit. If u need an important medication for you or your children do not recommend this place!

Embarrassing service!!!I was waiting for the rehabilitation equipment and first I was told that my prescription was not available, and then when the application showed a message that the equipment was available for collection, it turned out that it was not available and the prescription was given back to me with the information that I had to look for availability myself.I found a random pharmacy and, despite the unavailability, the equipment was delivered the next day...You asking for respect for the staff, and you treat customers as unnecessary things.I'm leaving you. I'd rather move on than be treated unfairly.

Poor customer service! My repeat prescription was out of stock last week. Just been back in to see if it is now in stock. The woman took my form, looked at it and simply said "no it's not in stock". No apology at all, or any indication when it might be in stock!

Third-rate set-up. Poor customer service. Always lacking stock and when your prescription is only partially filled, they don't even bother to let you know that the rest has come in.

Staff are always very polite but the waiting time is so long I waited outside for 25 minutes for a procription the que takes ages to go down.
