“Having been sent away to this branch by the grumpy man in the Timpson within Sainsbury’s in Arnold, I took my shoes which needed a temporary emergency repair to this branch instead. The wedding is in a few hours!The friendly and helpful cobbler didn’t even quibble about the repair which I explained only needed to last a day or so and set to work immediately. It’s less convenient to park here, but I will return for all of my key and cobbling needs! This is what good customer service looks like!”
