Having avoided the place at all costs for years due to the poor & inadequate service they give, unfortunately I've been forced to interact with them again. At least previously you might have seen the same dr and know who they were, now its a stream of unfeeling uncaring robotic locums and trainees and disinterested doing the bare minimum qualifieds.

Always get a quick response - telephone call backs are quick, appointments straight away if an emergency, anything else manage to get a timely appointment. Majority of the reception staff are helpful and go beyond their role to assist. From conversations with friends and family I feel very grateful for the service we have.

Used to be great and I understand they have problems with docs being ill as well as family members being ill but at last visit my wife was told to " choose one pain " when she described some problems as the doc said " other patients would complain if she fell behind."My wife was so upset she walked out, unless the situation is dealt with the possibility of a serious illness being missed is I feel high.

I make telephone appointments and so far have had to chase them up as nobody calls. And usually according to them you never made them. They will not do house calls to the housebound no matter how ill you are. They do not read notes or letters from other doctors/consultantsThey do not put scripts through properly leaving people without needed medicines. And it's always I'm sorryNow have raised a complaint through the NHS because of the duty of care is appalling now.
Brilliant practice. Can't understand the two star review at all.
