Fantastic service!Needed car headlight bulbs replacing, I was served straight away and the fitting was completed in only a few minutes!Staff were really friendly and helpful, got oil checked and screenwash topped up at no additional charge. I?ll be using Cramlington Halfords again in the future!

Visited today for a Shimano derailier adjuster the one on the end of the cable. Didnt have the adjuster but a few minutes check on second hand/scrap bikes produced the part. Dare i say FOC.

Staff in cycling department were great however the email I received concerning the parts I had ordered on line was deceiving.In large letters it said ?Your order is ready for collection?. I went to my local store to discover only half my order was there.In future I?ll read the much smaller writing which gave different dates of arrival for different items I?d ordered.

Darrus the store manager was really helpful, knowledgeable and gave us some excellent tips. I would definitely recommend for anybody to use his store. He took his time to sort my son's bike who's is now so happy. Thank you!

Brilliant service recieved from Matthew today. I thought my bike needed new brake pads and he completed the necessary checks. No work was needed and he also gave my bike a good clean. Very friendly and helpful.

Had some problems with newly fitted headlight bulbs.. went back to store ..Dave and Steve (hope ive got names right) sorted me out in quick time.. they upgraded bulbs and gave me a refund. Top class customer service, for which im very grateful. Thank you lads.

Phil was very kind and helpful throughout my visit to Halfords. Warren gave me instructions on the use of my sat nav and dash cam Halfords had installed on my car. I would certainly recommend Halfords. Their shop in Cramlington is crammed full with everything needed for cars/bikes/Toddlers seats.

Very understaffed. We went to buy a bicycle today and there was a queue at the desk. The two staff members were working hard, but at least one couple left, unable to complete their purchase in a timely manner.We even tried to use the tills downstairs, but there was a lengthy queue there .A review of staffing levels needed to prevent people going elsewhere.

Never known anything like it, told me they couldn?t sell me roof rack as it wouldn?t fit my car, despite being billed as universal! Came home to read forums for my vehicle and kel supreze! Many fellow owners bought their roof rack at Halfords, it would seem the computer said no, staff need to get some independent knowledge!!!! Anyway happy days bought one from Euro Parts half the price and no grief!!!

The lads couldn?t have been more helpful, I got some instant fixes and have been booked in for a little more work next week. My partner is now considering buying a new bike! Cramlington, Mark and a young lad with dark hair, didn?t catch his name. Both lovely and very informative. X

It's great to have somewhere to go, where you have complete trust. The staff always go above and beyond. Huge thanks today to the young lad that sorted my driving light, it wasn't a straight forward bulb swop, but got to the bottom of the problem, and fixed it. Huge thanks.
