Always attentive, doctors are great and receptionists are well trained I'm often needing to speak to a doctor. Can't blame practice for lack of appointments, have to blame politicians for lack of funding

Polite, friendly and understanding phone staff doing a challenging job

Ok, if you are thinking of attempting to join this surgery I advice you not to. I'll put this out here first, I was in a bad way a few years ago. I was drinking heavily everyday and had addiction issues and before anyone says my input doesn't count I am now clean as a whistle and have been for 2.years and ive beaten opiate addiction alcohol addiction and hepatitis C infection. I was close to death at one point. Now I have two jobs and a rich life with lots of hope and progression. BUT in my darkest times all I wanted was help and some moral support. There was several terrible visits but to concentrate on one of the worst iti won't name and shame but it was a male doctor (in my opinion they are all equally cold and disinterested) but I have an insanely high blood pressure I'm shaking and unbelievably sick. The doctor sits there and his body language was..... Just another addict. Takes my blood pressure and just sends me on to AandE I can't get across enough how stinking the attitudes of the people in there. I had amazing help from community addictions.and the Ulster hospital were great at helping me.get myself back together. Never at any time was I rude to theese doctors. In my.opinion they are completely stuck up Thier own arses and think they hold some sort of royalty. Joke.

132 calls made to get through and then told to call again the following day as the doctor in question does not do telephone appointments. I appreciate the surgery is understaffed and dealing with high volumes of calls but having receptionists gatekeeping a doctors appointment like their lives depend on it is stupid. It might just be easier to die tbh.

On visiting the surgery to get blood pressure taken, my wife Jennifer Graham was second in the cheque to check in (automatic check in system down) after the lady in front finished she stepped forward, the receptionist told her she had been standing too close to the person in front for their confidentiality. There was approximately 4 feet between them. She was rather taken back as there doesn't appear to be any guide lines on where to stand. The receptionist seemed to be having small talk about her child which wasn't a sensitive subject. This certainly didn't help my wife's blood pressure.Perhaps cubicles are required.I would like a reply on the procedure and distancing at check in to avoid the embarrassing situation

I've been told many times to call next day. I called more then 5 times for an appointment and after one week I'm still not registered and they keep tell me call next day and call next day! Better go to a different surgery! ??

The booking system makes sick patients more sick.I even could't got through to an human on other end, after hearing 30 secs message again and again and then dropped.Should be changed to better system.Doctors are fine.

Dr Moore conducted a medication review with me. His intelligent analysis and conclusions allowed us to agree together a future strategy.I was very impressed with his attitude towards me, and his knowledge of the subject matter.Excellent !

Terrible service, if your going to make your patients call every single morning to try and make an appointment, why not implement a call queueing system!?!? Idiots!, Such a simple fix instead of wasting sick peoples time. You could call.....hear there's 20 people in the queue then decide to give ya and call another day, but no, make us all randomly have to call back every 5 seconds for an hour sure with the tiny chance we'll even get through. Iv been calling for 3 weeks now, same thing everyday. Pathetic.

If only there was an option to leave zero stars. This practice is an absolute joke. Their appointment booking system is ridiculous and when you do eventually get through and it?s inevitably too late to make an appointment, the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. There?s no advantage to being a patient at this practice - less than useless

If I could change one thing it would be to get a proper phone queue system so people know where they are in the queue and aren't forced to re-dial for hours

I haven't had any issues with the receptionists or doctors. They have always been helpful and provided me with whatever care I needed.

I'm not the type of person who needs a GP too often and i hate the way they are put under strain because of their booking system, but after a minor car accident I tried for 2 days, and a total of 2 hours of engaged tones, and 314 attempts I was told the appointments for each day is fully booked already. Receptionist staff asked if it was urgent care required, but I'm not trained in triage, I can't tell what's urgent. All I know is I'm sore. This is beyond a joke, and the primary reason why our A&E units are filled to capacity.

Always an engaged tone when trying to get through during the appointment booking time. It's been more than a week and I still haven't been able to make an appointment. At this rate, I'll have to go to A&E to be seen, causing more issues for the real NHS. These private practices need to be reformed.

The reception staff have a very difficult job to do but I have always found them to be helpful and polite if you treat them with respect. Thank you for helping me on the occasions that I needed medical support.
