Total disgraceful behaviour from you're bank in Magherafelt.My father an elderly man asked for a copy of statements while in you're branch and was told No and to apply online for them.He doesn't have great knowledge of using apps or online. So phoned the bank to ask for a copy to be sent out, after over a hours wait on hold on the phone. Shameful bank.

iS IT POSSABLE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL TO ANY BANK OF IRELAND without having to listen to all the useless information on recorded msg all about the darn Bank. All i need is someone to answer the phone and let me talk to them. Due to lockdown it is not easy to go visit. Please sort out you telephone service. PLEASE. FED UP TRYING TO MAKE CONTACT.

shame when you phone it takes forever to speak to a representative. Then you get passed from person to person. Be nice to get to speak to a human being without waiting an hour on the phone.

I am disappointed despite the fact that I blocked the payment on 28/03/2018 the bank did not allowagain to collect money 29/03/2018 in December someone downloaded the money from my juvenile daughter's card and then cleaned my account by using the information from the website. The bank did not do anything, it turns out that such people are more open in the goggles, you can lose everything because the money flows to the advertising company, so no one will believe you did not buy the adverts
