Customer service is awful and dismissive management. The very fact they don't monitor these reviews and respond should tell you all you need. My visit to Danske Bank today was a very pleasant and pleasing one. I was looked after really well. I didn’t have to queue but was offered a seat right away and after a very short wait was seen and my problem solved.
