Delivery to store is far too slow for such a big chain, plus 90% staff are clueless and really couldn't be bothered to help you, girl at the till was very happy to talk over me when I came in, not worth the effort or your money

Sales people are clueless. Even their sale/commissions depended on reload function of the washing machine i was about to buy. And the answer i got is : i don't know what reload means. I even had to google it for the guy in the store. Useless! Computer says no type of service.
