Called store then called in both times they weren't able to help with cracked screen as phone was so new, I then cracked the LCD and phone was usless so I just thought id call in again on the off chance and I'm glad I did as I struck gold and got helped by ed who could not be more helpful, he rang various places for me and ended up getting sorted directly with Google (ee castlecourt) got screen and LCD in for a repair at £120, thanks ed! Man deserves a raise 5 stars customer service and knowledge :)

Left my phone into this store as it had a fault with the screen, they lied by saying there was damage via account Comms, requested CCTV and was refused. Head office think they above the law. Heard finbar speak about me to other customers so unprofessional and raising with ICO. manager Andrew also unprofessional during conservations. Network service is very poor not the mobile signal but the service provided. Go to other providers who don't discriminate on grounds of disability. Record everything you do in this store. No signage to say CCTV in use. Request dsar (data subject access request by email, keep copy's of everything) as the saying goes long run the fox, think I'm giving up ask your legal team. Raise via social media, don't accept there misinformation. Don't let them bully you. Always call from a recorded line or mobile as they claim not to record calls from landlines. Glad I have these. I would strongly advise customers to leave this network, go to the financial ombudsman. Courts, just don't back down. They lied to cisas and didn't realize it's recorded on the dsar records. Advised they checked my id and bill. They didn't and said they would say they seen it, no records kept on account of proof shown. Vodafone cu send you repeatedly to store. This is funny how poor of a network they really our. Screen has fault according to Google. Independent reports already completed today let's see what Vodafone say when they review the handset. Any network provider is better than the service from this disgrace of a store and company. Be nice to your face and a demon behind your back. I wont be bullied and advise all to stay away. Finbar if you see this if I hear you I'll speak about me again expect legal action

Pathetic customer service signal now down 4 days and can't get answers as to when problem will be sorted, put through to call center in God knows where after waiting an age to speak to someone.

Went in to get a sim only contract I'd seen on line only to be told they'd never heard of it. Went to carphone warehouse, got the deal with a Vodafone sim only. Clueless!

Visited Vodafone Craigavon 2.7.21 to collect new redmi 10 phone and switch to contract ... a very long drawn out tedious experience .. problem was (finbar) sales person was not overly impressed with my valid driving license photo I.D. and requested other forms of I.D. ... So I produced TWO separate visa cards EACH bearing my NAME. ... along with a copy of my bank statement which held all relevant details .. my name , address , sort code etc. ... but alas, finbars doubts were not to be assuaged ... so he then consulted his boss - where thankfully, common sense prevailed and this very non - joyous experience was concluded. I think I may well consider other providers next time.

10/10 service from the Craigavon Vodafone, many thanks to Eve who was so helpful in helping me set up a new business and broadband account. Unbeatable prices. Eve is a credit to her company and I would have no problem recommending Vodafone Craigavons service to anyone.

Had a bad experience with Vodafone customer service via the phone a couple of years ago which resulted in being charged for an additional phone which never existed. As a result I am reluctant to use their telephone service when making changes to any contract. Visited this store and was told that by a lady who claimed to be a manager that their hands were tied and that I would need to phone Vodafone myself. Said they could also not apply the discount that was on my current contract as that is only available over the phone as 'you pay extra in store for the personal touch and the assurance that it has been done correctly'....?! Leaves me with even less faith in Vodafone than previously if that is the official line they tell their staff. Unsure why they cannot just get me to run through the security questions and then make changes on my behalf, which I could then review on their computer screen. Bad system. Bad attitude. Saying they cannot apply discount in store (which the customer service online/call centre can) because you are paying extra for it to be done correctly is one of the most ludicrous things I have ever heard. Train your staff to apologise for your failings rather than make up stupid defensive bull poop.
