We?ve taken both of our cars here before to be washed and never had any complaints until we took our Mercedes for a wash and MOT wash. Everything seemed fine until a few months later when we?ve taken the car for repairs and our mechanic has noticed the underside of the car has been sprayed with wax, that has ruined both main control arms of the car, with the other smaller arms needing replaced also from the wax seeping into the joints, letting water in and eventually expanding and breaking both joints.We?re now hundreds of pounds out of pocket for something that shouldn?t have happend.It couldn?t have happened anywhere else as no one has been underneath the car except whoever done the MOT wash at this place and the guy carrying out the MOT an hour later?and I doubt the MOT man had time to spray layers of wax under our car. Our mechanic had checked the car the night before we got it washed and it didn?t have any wax coating, he can also confirm he doesn?t offer that service either as it takes trained professionals and equipment to do it correctly. We also haven?t taken the car to be washed any other place as we liked this car wash and the service so no other car wash could have sprayed this wax by accident.If you?re going for a general car wash these guys are very good, but don?t get the MOT wash unless you?re up for paying hundreds in repairs for careless work we never asked for.

9 quid. On a renault clio. Some boy on steroids with pigeon legs singing out loud. Thought he was that confident it would be a good job. Never again. That's the 25th July 23

Really, seriously impressed! A can of paint exploded in my car. These young men had it cleaned and pristine within an hour. They were also very pleasant and thoughtful towards this panicking customer. I unhesitatingly recommend!Services: Polishing

Terrible service. Asked for a mini valet, was waved around the side of the building. After 20 minutes someone asked for my keys reversed my car to the end if the queue. Three cars that had been behind me got cleaned before me. When I complained the young man started slamming doors, banging and rattling inside. I asked him to take it easy. He pulled the steering wheel so hard it locked and took three of them 10 minutes to unlock it. The inside of the windows were filthy. I was there just over an hour. When I got home I had to clean the whole inside including windows myself. Never again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

a few days ago I brought 2 cars to these guys, I found this car wash looking for a laundry for washing inside and outside the car , I mean I didn't think anyone could do such a perfect job, both cars came out impeccable. I can't wait to come back. Thank you STAR CAR WASH
