Went through the drive thru ordered 3 meals, bill came to 28 pounds, its aswel we stopped in the car park to check everything was there cause 1 meal was missing. This is not the first time either I've ordered through diliveroo before and meals have been missing. I really don't know why this happens when all they need to do is double check orders.

Must be the worst kfc in NI always the wrong order and always cold, I travel to boucher or York road if I want a kfc I have in laws less than a minute away and would rather drive across town than visit this place its not even worth 1

Ordered children's mini chicken fillet meal. A thin manky piece of chicken, a handful of fries half of them burnt, a fruitshoot and dip £4.99. Will never be back. Manky food ridiculously over priced. Fast food??? No. Just over priced garbage. I'll stick to Mcdonalds.

Very convenient if you are in the city center and looking for a bit to eat after a night out (if you have a sober driver to take you). Never had a badly prepared meal and if there is a Q in the drive through, it's never for very long.

Every time I order, they tend to miss out part of the order. Annoying to find out once you reach home. Always, something or the other item unavailable after placing the order.

Hot and fresh and finger lickin good. By far the best KFC I've ate in my life. The staff where very pleasant and well mannered. Again the food was absolutely 1st rate. Thank you.

Absloute disgrace we paid 30pounds for our wee familys order staying in travel lodge tonight and said delivered we got staff to check cameras and no sign of them. I was outside for over 15 minutes waiting no show and they took our money and wont answer to me and my partners calls. Dont want this to happen to any other wee family on their family weekend break away. Just why would you do that to anyone i dont understand. Shame on ye.

Sadly, I can?t actually review the food as we couldn?t find a table that wasn?t in a disgusting state so we left without ordering. Leftovers and packaging literally everywhere: tables, chairs and floor. What a shame as we?ve never experienced this in any other KFC.

Worst service today while coming from Church. My order was practically short on all ingredients like lettuce, garbage, mayonnaise. Its the worst service?pepsi drinks was halfway filled with ice. Not any more!
