Called into your store recently ! Grabbing a few pieces and looking for some inspiration for upcoming gifting and was beset by the most attentive and polite staffing ! Shoutout especially to a member of your staff called Mel - I believe how the short-hand is spelt ! Precisely knowledgeable and understanding, a wonderful conversation to have between the shopping, and one of the most memorable attendants on the high street I?ve met this year ! A testament to your company and staffing !

Sizing is awful.I?m one size in bras most places I shop, I tryed on multiple bras from here in different sizes and their all too small. Paying nearly ?10 to return with customs. Wont be ordering again.

I agree with previous comments. Absolute disgrace when it comes to their customer service. Train your staff on how to approach customers in polite and helpful way or just hire new one cause that's a waste of money!
