Went in today (04/03/24) at lunchtime to try and get the Sparkle & Hearts / Hearts of Pandora range for Mother?s Day so I could see it in person to make a purchase decision. Took 10 minutes of me searching throughout the shop, trying to get someones attention in a fairly empty shop before the assistant said they don?t stock Pandora. Why? Because it?s around the corner. Go to Pandora around the corner - doesn?t stock the range either, yet everywhere you go you see someone with this range of jewellery and its incredibly popular. Then people wonder why these highstreet shops close down!

I had to write about my experience today.I bought a necklace online a few months ago and didn't properly check it when it arrived.I took it out a few weeks ago and noticed it was badly tangled.Myself,my Mother and my Sister all tried to untangle it but we couldn't.I was actually going to throw it out but decided to go to the store today and see if one of the girls could help me.It was busy,so the girls could've said they were too busy and I would've been happy enough,but Teresa said she'd take a look-she was brilliant-kept going and believe me,it was a nuisance!Teresa was about 80% of the way there but asked Mia to have a look-she did and untangled the rest of it.Honestly-you have no idea how pleased I was.I have always liked Argento for their products but these ladies are a credit to your business.I buy a few pieces of jewellery over a year and the service I received today is another reason why I always use Argento.Keep up the good work!Philip Stephens

I called into Royal Ave store looking a for necklace. Spoke to Jess and Victoria who were so pleasant and helpful. Mentioned that a charm on my nomination bracelet looked damaged and without hesitation they sourced a replacement in the shop without charge . So impressed!!!! Thank you girls .x

Young lady who showed me the jewellery I was thinking of was very helpful. Emily was her name I think but, I have given 2 stars because she was wearing trousers and not a skirt. Think she should wear a skirt tbh. Lol. Still, I got a photo of her so I'm happy enough. Nice little shop and a couple of lovely looking young ladies on shop floor.

I ordered online before, it was great deal! And buying in-store is also a good choice for you could have a closer look and even a VAT refund which is not available for online pirchasing

Excellent customer service today in Argento Royal Ave from young female(dark straight hair) . Great recommendations on rose gold bracelet for my niece, othwr items which I would not have considered but delighted as bought 2 other items and she was equally very helpful with my query about Nominations bracelet. Positive shopping experience ?

Just to let everyone know argentino have a No refund policy,?? not advised of this at time of purchase... prices on nomination charms not clearing marked!! why not?? can you haggle?? when everything else in the shop is clearly priced. have never been so embrassed in my entire life .. purchased 2 charms. not knowing these where £45 each and nearly passed out when i was told £90 for 2 little charms. as I had already changed my mind a few times on what charms to pick i felt that I was giving the sales assistant a bit to do. wasnt the most helpful anyway.. So I paid the £90. An hour after making my purchase I really didnt think the charms where worth the money I had paid. When I was expecting with charms to be sort of average price £20/£30. So back I went to get a refund and purchase 2 less expensive charms instead.. to be told I couldnt get a refund on the difference,( £54 )only a credit note. As this was there policy.. surely with any product you have the right to change your mind and be entitled to a full refund within 14days of purchase, and if your sales policy doesnt give you those rights you should be clearly informed of this at time of purchase. I didnt see any sign clearly stating no refunds. Purchase made in abbey center store. So please be aware of this if you are making a purchase.. I know of other store that operate a no refunds policy but this has always been made clear at time of purchase and maybe all sales staff should be trained according or a clear sign for customers to see!!

I wouldn't go here unless I had no other choice. Order from the websit, save yourself the hassle. Jewellers aren't known for being welcoming but this takes the biscuit. Wholey pretentious.
