Had a last min job interview and needed a pair of trousers and a shirt quickly without the chance to get measured up. Matalan had me covered, went in on a week day and got what I needed with no hassle, in and out within half hour. There however is a lot of rubbish outside of the shop that needs removing

Went here to drop off some Amazon returns. The machine is hidden away right at the back of the store opposite the main exit door. When I asked for the lockers a member of staff cheerfully took me to where they were.

I was picking up items from the Click and Collect desk, while also returning some items at the same time. This requires you to go to separate counters but the member of staff that served me at the Click and Collect desk attended to my other need at the same time as the queue behind me was quite long so using her common sense kept the queue moving as quick as possible. Friendly staff at the Wellingborough branch and I have no points to complain about. Bravo Matalan.
