Appalling, this is a franchise and not a direct EE store. Wanted to add my son to EE on the same Deal as my daughter and I've wound up paying more for both despite asking for the same, he never told me the cost and I assumed it was the same, two year contract instead of 12 months as it was, saw me coming well and truly. No copies of the contact and so disinterested. The real EE on the phone cannot and will not do anything to help because it's a franchise store and not a real one. I will not return here.

I visited the EE shop in Wellingborough because I had just upgraded my phone, I was told everything was now but when I got out of the shop to call a taxi they haven't even change the SIM card, I honestly wish I hadn't upgraded with you as I was going to go to Tesco's, I'm not a happy chappy at all.

These guys were amazing, really knowlegable, friendly and sorted everything out for us. My Mother got a new phone, tablet and a much better broadband deal than the one she was on. Highly recomended.

I been with EE for 15 years, I went to transfer my handset which I didn't use when I upgraded and renewed my contract to my mum's, I'm not going to forget the customer service called Sam, I can't describe how much of a help she was all I have to say, "keep up with the good work Sam" ? ?
