Just received my poster from ufc 276. It is Ben and tear along the edges. Then they want me to pay to exchange it. God knows how much that is from the United States to the United Kingdom. It’s not the money it’s the principle of it.

Personally a bad experience with the Memento Group / F1 Authentic's. Item showing as available/in-stock online. However, it took 2 weeks for the item to be shipped and numerous chase emails from myself. Once received the incorrect item was sent. No phone customer support, everything is done via email with a 2 day lead time... read full comment
