Never answer phone calls, never have stock of basic items and prescriptions take forever where as I can get them delivered online next day. Try to support local but they must not want the business

Well Pharmacy is an invaluable asset to Brixworth and the surrounding area. The pharmacist and all the colleagues are always ready with invaluable advice when consulted, in a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere. Gratitude to them all. May this Pharmacy go from strength to strength in the heart of the village.

The male pharmacist here is absolutely wonderful and so kind and helpful. I have found one member of staff to be rather abrupt.

Poorly customer service. Every time I go to collect monthly prescriptions i have to wait a bit till they find it. Today i went to collect the items aftrer receiving text msg informing items ready for collection..i have been given only one item out of 5. When i questioned about rest i have been told they are still out of stock and asked to comeback tomorrow with a bit of attitude which made me very uncomfortable . By then few people were queuing .wish they are more orgonised.Would not recommend :(

Having had to use them for the last 7 yrs they are very poor. Would go elsewhere but contract with local doctor. Keep saying can't get some medications, poor service attitude. Some medication comes in drips and drabs so have to keep going back. Suggest you avoid.

Absolutely appalling behaviour of the pharmacist today. Following surgery I phoned to ask for specific advice and dressings to remove significant dressings following surgery. I explained and agreed what was needed as I have an early morning consultation with the surgeon online to remove my dressings and that asked my father would pick my medicine up ... I explained my dad in his 80?s as I was unable to drive . Finding that the specific brand of antiseptic that we agreed on was out of date as he took it off the shelf he refused to sell it to my dad, BUT did not phone me. He did not offer a replacement.... he did not speak to me at allInstead my dad is right now driving about during a pandemic trying to find some antiseptic. TCP would have done !!!!If this pharmacist had the professionalism to phone and speak to me as the customer I would have said let?s choose a different brand. Keeping my father safe. I have since spoke to you and confirmed you had several options available.In what world does a pharmacist make decisions to not communicate with a customer about this? To make the decipher away my with no antiseptic at all Knowing exactly what I needed and why...It?s absolutely the height of unprofessionalism. This is the behaviour of someone who literally doesn?t care because they are not actually local....You should as be ashamed of this level of indifference.. especially as I have been a customer for my entire life. And even more ashamed to send an 80 year old man out in the height in a lockdown to risk catching Covid.That?s an extra special level of incompetent!!!I now have TCP ... and you have lost a customer.
