Amazing service from every member of staff that I have dealt with over the last couple of weeks sorting out bathroom tiles. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A rare thing finding such excellent customer service now a days. Not like me to review things but the service was so good I thought they truly deserved a positive word. A real credit to the store manager and the brand.

Jonny and Bonita were extremely helpful with advice and listening to my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and their customer service skills were outstanding, best tile advice I have had! Far better than other tile competitors! Jonny and Bonita were extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this store to anybody for that reason alone. Once I have decided on my purchase, I will be returning to this store. It was the end of the day 15 minutes until the store closed, I have never been in Northampton Topps Tiles before as I've just moved in the area, I was rushing around gathering material for a weekend project, as I entered the store I was greeted by staff member Bonita who was very friendly Knowledgeable Patient and helpful, Great shopping experience And customer service , well done Bonita.Kind regardsSean Linton

Have used Topps tiles several times to date and can?t fault them. They aren?t pushy at all but are there to make suggestions, should you need them, and have a broad knowledge of their stock. Go in with an open mind as they will help you make the right choice. Reasonable prices and great quality tiles. My ?go to? tiling store.
