Today I will leave here only two stars because every time when I?m going to buy something from bakery, they every time don?t have bags. Few days ago I went to buy some croissants and they don?t have any bags. I ask the security guy and he told me: ?Look there!?. On the floor was some plastic bags. I think is not ok to use them when they are on the floor.Today I want to take four croissants with chocolate and four donuts, but there are no bags again.I ask some stuff if is possible to bring some bags, but that lady told me: ?Today we don?t have more bags. We ordered, but we finished them already. If you want, you can come tomorrow.?At least, I take four croissants in my hand?Two stars because the croissants are good, but an attitude like that deserves only one star.

During our recent visit to Tesco Express in Northampton, my friend and I were quite taken aback by an unfortunate incident. As soon as we walked in, we couldn't help but notice a blonde woman who was, to put it mildly, behaving very rudely. She actually stuck her fingers up at the security guard, and we found it to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.Our original plan was to pick up some groceries, but this incident made us feel quite uncomfortable. It left a sour taste in our mouths, to be honest, and we've made up our minds not to return to this particular Tesco Express location in the future. It's a shame because we were looking forward to our shopping experience there.Curious to see if others had similar encounters, we decided to read some reviews about the store. And much to our disappointment, we discovered that this sort of unprofessional behavior seems to be a recurring issue. We sincerely hope that the management team takes notice of these reviews and takes steps to address the problem. There's really no excuse for the staff to act in such an inappropriate manner.As concerned customers, we feel compelled to offer some advice to the management. It's crucial for them to investigate these incidents and find a solution. Implementing thorough staff training programs that focus on professionalism and customer service would be a great starting point. It's also important to establish clear expectations and guidelines for employee behavior to ensure consistency across all shifts.At the end of the day, we simply want to feel valued and respected as customers. We believe that by tackling these issues head-on, the management team can create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable while shopping at Tesco Express. We hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards providing a positive and professional shopping experience for all their customers.
