I posted a negative review earlier today concerning faulty goods that were delivered yesterday, an item of rattan garden furniture was faulty and i emailed the sales team immediately informing them of this . They replied the same day and are replacing the item concerned asap. So i thank them for this and admit i was a little quick off the mark so i award them 5 stars and thank them very much resolving this issue as quickly as they have .Thanks again and best regards.Richard Benstead.
