Spent £40 on Uber eats and only received half my food. Restaurant line keeps saying busy and Uber eats won?t refund my money. 2nd time in a week we have had missing food from our order.Never ordering again.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's in Northampton...My recent visit to the McDonald's in Northampton left much to be desired. While the Big Mac meal I ordered was satisfactory, the experience was marred by the lack of included dipping sauce for my fries. When I inquired about this to a crew member, I was surprised to be told that I would need to pay an additional 10p for a single dip. This policy is not consistent with my experiences at other McDonald's locations, where dipping sauces are typically included with meals. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and inconsistent policies.

Ordered 20 nuggets, 6 nuggets, 2 large chips, Diet Coke and a strawberry milkshake.Received 20 nuggets total, 2 medium chips and Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake with no straws. Cherry on the top was the food was barely warm.Tried to complain on the website but they just directed me to under eats or deliveroo but they weren?t the problem?

Anwar is the rudes store manager ever. Got charged as an uber eats driver as the staff did not put my registration down.Its not my fault, did ask him for help and he just turn arround rude saying he dont care. Feels unprofessional when a store manager speak like this instead of solving the issue and I?m pretty sure he could just send an email to the parking company to prove that I did work there.
