Sorry I don?t usually do bad scores but just not happy with the service, they fitted updated suspension parts on my car incorrectly took 4 visits to get it ?almost? right but failed to acknowledge fitting the arms wrong, even when the manufacturer of the parts intervened. I?ll be going elsewhere to get it rectified..at my expense. ?

Tl;DR Online store doesn't reflect actual stock levels and staff do not seem interested in chasing up orders in a timely manner. Check stock before ordering and don't expect a timely follow-up if there are any delays.Ordered an Airtec radiator from their online store as we don't have any local suppliers in Australia. Received an order confirmation and then heard nothing for two weeks, tried emailing and received no response, and then when I called to ask for an estimated lead time I was told that they didn't know when the radiators would be in stock and that I would receive a notification when they did. I was offered a refund on the spot, which I took, but would have happily waited for another two weeks had I been given any indication of when new stock would arrive.Since then I have contacted Airtec directly to confirm stock (they responded within 24hrs), and the radiator was shipped within 24hrs of order placement. Maybe Jamsport had their reasons for not providing a lead time on request (and I get that international orders do take some time), but the difference in service could not be more stark. Given how quickly Airtec responded to me when I contacted them directly, I can only assume that stock management is VERY low on their list of priorities.Can't comment on their workshop services and I've no doubt that they would be fine to deal with in person, but I won't be using their online store again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Very quick delivery for parts in stock but call or email first to check stock levels as the website is not linked to their inventory. Delivery is not the best value @£10.

Car failed MOT. They fixed the issue, didn?t try and overcharge or tell me about others issues. Saw my advisories on the MOT and said don?t worry about them as they are none issues. Could of lied and said it was bad but didn?t. Only thing is they need a bell at the desk as getting somebody?s attention was difficult!

Complete waste of my time and money!!! I have a steering fault code that has been coming up on the car and its cost me 408 quid for a new battery and key fob battery. They have used quarter of a tank of fuel "test driving" my car aswel. I went to pick the car up from Northampton from miltonkeynes to arrive with the exact same fault on my dash and was unable to start the car, I left my focus with them in hopes that they would be able to find the issue and fix it but a week pasted with no contact so I assumed no news is good news, I was wrong! Called jamsport up and they said there's no fault codes once again so I collected my car thinking it was fixed and drove back to Milton Keynes to park my car up on the drive and it not work again..... all in all I'm 408 notes lighter with a car they haven't fixed!!!! I'm not sure of the guy I dealt with but the one with big sticking out pointed ears was useless and I will never return to this joke of a company!
