How insulting can this get. Placed a delivery order on the 18th Dec for delivery today 23rd Dec. Waited in all day to receive a text msg from Iceland Driver saying couldn't gain access to the premises. What a load of garbage!! I was in all day looking out the window. NO-ONE HAD CALLED. Even if they did then why didn't they press my door bell? Why make look like it's the customers fault with a blatant lie? What's up with these stores?. It is Iceland that offer this service of delivery and if they can't keep to the promise then drop the idea. I'm an old man and cant get to the store

Really nice range and low prices. I even managed to find this pack of teabags with 440 in it. That'll last me a year! There was one lonely cup noodle by the original maker of cup noodles (Japanese nissin) so I got that too.

Just come out of this branch and was spoken to disgustingly at till. Just because I handed my bonus card to her and for the first Time ever she shouted are you over 60 and I said yes..Well where's your proof!!! So I looked for my bus pass found it and she shouted..you obviously don't read the information do you. So be careful guys. There was no need for that outburst as I was very polite and greeted her with a smile. No excuse to be rude to a customer.

Yes...a good supermarket. Basic products but if you enjoy cooking it's cheap and you're ready to cook your own delights from good frozen raw materials. Friendly staff.

Visit every week, on one occasion was behind two old farts who said to the young lad serving, "Have you worked here long?" He replied yes a few months.To which they replied "well you should be quicker!"For starters, they didn't pack their shopping, he did!!!!The poor lad just took it and didn't react.In all the trips I've done there the young lads on the till who let's be honest are probably only on min wage are polite, helpful and a credit to the store.

I think Iceland has come up in the world since I last visited. The food is mainly frozen but a really good variety of food, including ready meals. Some fresh produce and cans of various foods. Reasonably priced with some good deals. It's worth a visit.

40 mins late with my food shopping for me and my kids. No one is answering the phones. Cost of living is bad and last of my money on food to not receive it and no contact telling me where my shopping is ?
