Stayed when heavily pregnant and the lady behind reception warmed my food up for me at 3am. I couldn't eat it at dinner time so brought it back from Frankie and Bonnie's beds comfy, rooms a bit bland.

The hotel was closed down halfway through our stay. We came back to the hotel about 1530hrs following a day out to be told we had to leave. I feel the ibis should have taken on the burden of finding us alternative accommodation instead of simply chucking us out. All other residents had had the whole day to find other hotels meaning by the time we started to look every other hotel in the vicinity was fully booked. I shall be contacting ibis head office to ask for compensation for the disruption in my stay .

We Stayed for our first time in a Ibis hotel and will certainly be our last ,upon arrival we found out there was a error on the air con panel and reported it to reception who said its been resetted and will be cool upon returning later ..when arriving back after a party the control panel was flashing again the room was 30 degrees and you could not breathe .. there was no sign of a fan and when going down for breakfast someone mentioned it was the whole floor without aircon .. the breakfast was awful the meat was of poor quality and fatty bacon ,the baked beans looked like they had been there forever and the orange juice warm ,this was very poor by any means we will not be returning awful customer service

The room was decently sized and clean, which is all you can really ask for from a hotel like this. The car park is also large and appeared to be well covered with cameras. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good, served early enough for business travellers on weekends with an early start.The location is a little out of the way of everything, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

It was... Ok. Not good not bad. One night stay, it's basic at best, the only food available on the evening was pizza.. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated although the bed was uncomfortable (big dip in the middle room 7) I went for breakfast at 7am it was meant to be a cooked buffet breakfast but it was all cold.. the other notable thing was lack of front facing staff they all seemed to be behind closed doors doing other things. Happy it was one night.

The gentlemen helping during the breakfast/ cleaning afterwards is absolutely a superstar, so kind and cheerful. Made the stay absolutely 5*. Great staff, clean hotel and great location.

Worst night sleep in a while. Doors banging from other guests, paper thin bedding / mattress. Put some soft close springs on the doors! Staff were lovely, polite and helpful though.

Stayed there 2 days ago.It was awful,never again!!Everything was so dirty - fingerprints on the mirror,dust everywhere,main hall so dirty,lift didn't work property,there was still water in the kettle,bed looked like it was already used.I work in a hotel myself. This was just terrible. And They charge £75 per night. No way! This is just way overpriced for that place. Never again!!!

Clean place and friendly staff. The chef went out of his way for us. Food was very tasty breakfast was hot.Very impressed this is my 3rd visit. Highly recommend

2 night stay over the crick boat show, lovely clean room,bed very cosy?, drinks at bar very reasonable, food very good,shame about the boat show Buffet looked a little Dried out not sure how long it had been out.,so passed on that but plenty of choice on menu.

The overall stay was good however the reason I only have two stars was that the breakfast was really underwhelming and really should not have been left out to serve . Everything was extremely dried out which was disappointing as a self proclaimed foodie this is one of the parts of my trips away that makes it a place I would return to or not. Madvick (I think that was his name) who prepared the food did make us a fried egg which was appreciated and he had good customer service. I would return as the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable however I?m not sure that I would have the breakfast again .. maybe serving breakfast to order would be an option?I would also suggest that they put an extractor in the bedroom bathroom. ?
