“Found on Riverside retail park.Plenty of parking..Parking is free.This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next.Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee.There is an escalator upstairs.There's also a lift at the back of the store. .Toilets are upstairs..It's a relatively big store.In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel.A lovely sized shoe section.Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs..Clothes are downstairs.Till service was fast and efficient.A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store.Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! “Such a shame this type of stores are not what they've used to be as the online shopping replaces them. Was always such a pleasure to come around and even though I would've buy all the time something, I would've have the interesting experience of a luxury shop. I have rated only 4* today due to lack of products and sizes. I was looking after tights and body for my baby, but surprisingly there were only one size of each.Lovely and experienced staff, plenty of social distancing measures in place.I WILL still visit as I DO prefer high street shopping instead of online one.”

“A huge thank you to Catherine at Next Sixfields on Christmas Eve - customer service extraordinaire! Arrived from overseas in the morning and needed a house warming / Christmas gift for a relative - but the Home section of next was covered / closed (I assume getting ready for Boxing Day sales). Catherine asked if we knew what we were looking for, and with some ideas from us, slipped behind the curtain for a minute or two with three options that fitted the brief (in hindsight, very cleverly at different price points as well). She came up with an idea we hadn’t thought of and it was the perfect gift! So much so, we bought two of the item in different sizes. We really appreciated the effort and understanding on Christmas Eve - a day I know when she would have been busy and overrun with plenty of people - just wanted to say thank you for making a difference - and a perfect example of wonderful customer service on one of the busiest days of the year. Great location being in town and very close to the uni.I'm not the biggest fan of their current reward system, I don't benefit much from it. “Unnecessarily big inside and very bare. Ordered online and quick wait time to collect. Ok but wouldn’t rush back. 2 hours free parking outside but easier to pick up at the Argos inside the Sainsbury’s at Sixfields.”
