It was a pleasure to meet Ben who was super helpful and I walked away with 2 amazing shirts. He is now on the hunt to get me some more in the style that I’m after. “Primark at Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Northampton isn't no honey and milk dreamy branch. Ugly clothes for 20, 30 pounds and so disgusting material textures. Should be priced accordingly to the quality not increasing prices for that cheap materials Besides long queues, staff never help customers, if you ask 5 days per week to see a supervisor or a manager to get help , staff will always say no no one is available , everyone is not bothering, no respect no nothing. That's not what customer service is”

“Found on Riverside retail park.Plenty of parking..Parking is free.This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next.Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee.There is an escalator upstairs.There's also a lift at the back of the store. .Toilets are upstairs..It's a relatively big store.In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel.A lovely sized shoe section.Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs..Clothes are downstairs.Till service was fast and efficient.A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store.Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! “This facility is environmentally clean and spacious beautifully designed. Well ventilated. Multi shopping mall and sort of a recreational arena for relaxation. There's in-built gym, pharmacies, Fashion hubs, food and groceries. Financial institutions like banks and well designed and planned car parks.To add to there are a place of worship (church) to support multi-faith individuals and toilets facilities.Customer care is highly satisfactorily.It's really amazing place to shop all day long.Cheers, George Gle”

“I’m posting a review for the customer service I have received and their products.I have just had to return an item for a replacement and their staff on the phone are lovely. I had a small issue with their chat on their website which they acknowledged as not the best but having called them they had already sorted the issue for me. They went above and beyond. Even when I have gone into the stores to discuss items they are so helpful especially in the Northampton, Market Harborough and rushden lakes branches they were really helpful.”

“A huge thank you to Catherine at Next Sixfields on Christmas Eve - customer service extraordinaire! Arrived from overseas in the morning and needed a house warming / Christmas gift for a relative - but the Home section of next was covered / closed (I assume getting ready for Boxing Day sales). Catherine asked if we knew what we were looking for, and with some ideas from us, slipped behind the curtain for a minute or two with three options that fitted the brief (in hindsight, very cleverly at different price points as well). She came up with an idea we hadn’t thought of and it was the perfect gift! So much so, we bought two of the item in different sizes. We really appreciated the effort and understanding on Christmas Eve - a day I know when she would have been busy and overrun with plenty of people - just wanted to say thank you for making a difference - and a perfect example of wonderful customer service on one of the busiest days of the year.
