Avoid this place unless you want to eat microwave food. We ordered seafood pizza and rissotto. Some five mins after our order the plates came and straight away we knew it would be bad as cannot make fresh food in such short time. The pizza was not cooked well and was all soggy, the seafood on the pizza had no taste and clearly it was defrosted food which was merely heated. The rissotto had the same result frozen food that was defrosted and it was clear that it had no real taste. Usually rissoto and seafood bind together when cooked but this was just some already made rise and some seafood stuff placed on top. Just Awful for the prices they charge. Waiters were great and listened to our concerns.

Having been to this restaurant multiple times (the last time being a very long time ago), me and my partner were looking forward to the meal we had booked, however we ended up being beyond disappointed. I'll start by saying that I hate leaving negative feedback and reviews, this being my first (and hopefully last) 1 star Google review, and even after the awful meal, this review wouldn't have been written if we could have just spoken to someone. Since the meal this afternoon, we have tried calling to speak with someone, however there has been no reply every time. Unfortunately in the restaurant our complaints were managed very poorly, with no possibility of speaking to anyone other than our waitress about the experience.In regards to the experience itself, my partner and I shared a deep fried ravioli dish for starter. This was what turned out to be the only good thing about the evening, with both of us agreeing that it tasted nice, and that it came out really quickly. We then received our main courses, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and a Garlic Lasagna Pizza. My partner cut into a meatball, and after taking a bite, realised that it was fridge-cold on the inside after clearly being microwaved very very badly. This was sent back, and just 3 minutes later, replace with a new portion, that had been microwaved slightly longer. In an attempt to enjoy the evening out, my partner had a few mouthfuls of her meal now that she felt that it was reheated enough to not make her ill.At this point, I offered my partner some of the incredibly disappointing pizza I had received, and tried some of her meal. The meatballs tasted bland, and had clearly been microwaved as they were steaming on the plate, but luke-warm on the inside, and the sauce tasted of nothing. Having left half of both our meals, the waitress came over and took our plates. We mentioned about the poor quality of the food. After going briefly to talk to someone, we were informed by the waitress that nothing could be done apart from offering us a free dessert, as we had eaten the meals (even though we left half). Needless to say, by this points we were somewhat put off by both our meals, and the fact that we had seen other meals sent back around the restaurant, and declined the offer.Hopefully this was just a one-off night, however I doubt we will be returning again, and definitely can't recommend Bella Italia after that meal.

Lovely service.I had the spaghetti meatballs and a cola?.On a personal note, I loved the variety of staff from around Europe working.The two I met were from Poland ?? and Spain ??Exemplary staffKid-friendliness: Children were seen walking through the restaurant with their parents close-by

Visited here and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, however the food is just so poor. I ordered pizza and it was was basically on par with Iceland. Nothing special, bland and boring. Wouldn't come

Food very delicious! Service friendly, however not engaging, perhaps it was a busy Friday evening. We went for a dinner around 6pm and I found that it was very noisy inside as well as very light. I did like the lightning inside the restaurant however I think if the lights were dimmed just a little it would have been much more pleasant to sit talk and enjoy the food.

This place used to be good value now overpriced as the portion sizes have been reduced. £4.50 for a small side of fries. Soft drink £4.50. Spicy sausage pasta, lots if pasta ans spot the sausage, pizza and garlic bread had also shrunk. Lasagna practically vegetarian. Really disappointed mal for 6 people £185 ouch..service has improved greatly though. We had the best service we have ever had here

Lots of parking outside. Place looks messy from outside. Once through the doors place is airy,light and clean. Very nice atmosphere.Lovely waitress service. Food was amazing.Highly recommend coming

Came afternoon had no reservations, service was great although we were in comfortable outfit after the airport run. Mira was great, with timely service and smile on her face, very helpfull too. Combined with relaxed atmosphere was good way to enjoy food.We had tomato bruschetta and meatballs for starters, got to say meatballs won all day!For mains as seen in the picture pepperoni pizza and carbonara, both equally great, delicious and filling.Going home happy and satisfied ?

The staff were kind and efficient. My pasta dish was delicious and our garlic flat bread was perfect but my boyfriends pizza was too salty. I was satisfied however he was slightly disappointed
