Had a great experience shopping from Argos this time. The staff over there were so friendly and kind. They kindly responded to my queries and proactively involved in getting the product I was looking for. Thank you.

I not long ago visited here and they recommended me to a credit card but what they didn't mention is it will increase the house bill. I would've appreciated it if I was told that, several times asked them I do not to go further and they continued. Later on got a cancellation because I don't own a home again wasn't told that so lack of communication and total scam, avoid at all costs ?

I always have great customer service here.The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable I have found regarding the products they sell and always interested if you have a question.Very nice to have such pleasant staff as it's quite a rarity these days .I bought batteries recently and the staff member was so nice and helped me get the right ones no problem at all.She did go the extra mile for me which is the service I've always found at this shop.

Unnecessarily big inside and very bare. Ordered online and quick wait time to collect. Ok but wouldn?t rush back. 2 hours free parking outside but easier to pick up at the Argos inside the Sainsbury?s at Sixfields.

Ordered a bean bag chair from here about 5 months ago. It was quite expensive but I was really happy with it, only it has gone very flat already and I ended up having to buy beans to refill it with today, also from Argos.. I tried via the Argos app to let them know about the problem with the chair, but ended up getting nowhere with their messaging system. Has put me off Argos now.

We bought a baby bouncer from the St Peter?s store in Northampton and after setting it up to make sure it was okay we realised that it wasn?t anything like on the photo. It was flat like a bed instead of being a bit slanted.I returned it the next day and on getting in the shop the lady?s at the till started giggling and running away from the till-surely an indication that an unsatisfied customer is returning a whack item and they won?t have it back because they already took the money.The manager then (Nick) said they won?t accept it because I have opened it and not it?s not resale-able and that he wants to see photos of it being flat as I?m claiming. He was quite rude to me and I?m definitely not going back there to get nothing. Such a shame

Ordered via click and collect online.. Friendly and helpful staff in store. I didn't have to wait that long for my items. I had a question regarding the car park, as I'd noticed all the previous signs had been removed, as I'd not used it for a while. The store assistant was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Compared to sixfields, the customer service at this location is not up to scratch. You can learn something from the other location such as respect, manners and a friendly face ? :-)

I ordered a waredrobe from them and firstly I received 2 wrong packages which have been replaced same day and secondly, the waredrobe had a wrong item inside. I asked them to replace it and they said it will take 4 days. But obviously after 2 hours of work, I couldn?t just leave half of the waredrobe in the middle of the room waiting for them to send the replacement.
