Please just stay away from this place! They have cancelled my MOT 3x where it came to a point my MOT has expired and couldn?t drive my car anymore. They always cancel at the same day of the appointment - one time they have cancelled 1hr before my appointment and that was the day I didnt go to work for that MOT. Had to bring my car to another garage. My premium membership has gone useless - i tried cancelling but they say they couldnt and have to continuously pay for 1 year - obviously paying for nothing! Really disappointed :(

The bikes fine, however I will say very disappointed that they falsely advertise the price! We picked a bike £120 on label, got there he said £130, I said ?no on the label it?s £120? he said oh we only do a label update twice a week. Fine but I?ve seen it advertised at £120.. he said ok well it?s £130. So that?s firstly not great at all! False advertising at its best right there.Secondly we never got a notification it was ready, he said Sunday he would call.. anyways Sunday come, nothing, Monday come nothing. I?m left chasing them to find out if it was ready!Lucky managed to get hold of someone who said it was ready 3 days ago! And STILL to this day no notification to tell us it was ready! So on them fronts it?s a 3 star.UPDATE 25/9/23- STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK! I?ve rang 10 times (11th,14th,15th,18th,20th,22nd & twice today, live chat 8 times. Been promised on each call I?d get a call back with 4hour to 48 hours no one has! I was blocked from the chat, when I called I was told they reviewed the chat and I?ve been blocked unfairly and for no reason! When I asked today to speak to a manger I got a ?hold on? then laughing and hung up. The. I called back and was told ?we?re contact the relevant team, we have no managers, no one can just contact you!! Load of rubbish really! All for a promised money back! You have stressed me out so much just to get a simple £10 refund! I will just return the WHOLE BIKE BACK! Then your lose out of £120!!!!! Honestly these people par you off and keep telling you someone will call and they don?t!

Buying from this website is hopeless. In store they were very nice but I had to buy online to get the bank holiday discount. My advice is take a look at Screwfix or Toolstation to find out how to do it properly. I wanted to buy two batteries for two different motorbikes. In retrospect the ten percent that I saved wasn't worth my nerves.

Went in today to get my headlight changed, told it?s a 20 minute wait.. I waited for 45 mins to then be told they dont have time to do it. Now I can?t do the journey I needed to and I?ve wasted 45 mins sat listening to a colleague chat to a customer ?not impressed.
