Service was great, was an expensive visit but was like a kid in a candy shop and couldn't be happier with my set, despite cutting my fingertip off in my first use.

Either extremely poor quality with no quality control out the factory, or selling items as new at full price which are actually just returns that have clearly been used before. I was suspicious when I opened the box as it wasn't sealed and the warranty paperwork was just stuffed inside. I also noticed the price is identical...
