Big thanks for the guys helping today with removing a screw from my tyre, fixing it and refitting it. They fitted me into their busy schedule today and saved my journey to the airport! Great service as always.

The fitter refused to fit my new tyres to the rear axle. He stated, contrary to all the advice I have seen on-line and after 50 years of driving, that they should be fitted to the front.He also wrongly stated that changing the wheels from front to back would cause issues with the TPMS system.I offered to pay for the wheels to be rotated but he said they did not have time. Yet when I returned the car was ready and everyone was stood about doing nothing!Maybe this is because I bought through ASDA tyres? I'll be sending them my thoughts as well.Last time I use Wilko for anything to do with my car.

Fantastic service. Hit a pot hole and got a puncture. Rang motosave couldn?t have been any more helpful. Fixed it with 30 minutes. Back on the road doing my job as a home carer. Highly recommend.

I?ve had my MOT done a few times here now and had work done here on a few different cars. Everytime I have had great service and Aaron in York has been extremely kind and helpful. Definitely female friendly and have never tried ripping me off. I had some work quoted by another garage that Wilco charged me half the price to do. Will always come back here for any work that needs doing at all! Highly recommend :)

The guys in Wilco Motosave York were amazing today!!! We turned up unannounced on Sunday afternoon with a puncture. They were fully booked already but still managed to help us. They tried to fix the puncture but the hole left by the screw couldn?t be fixed. They did have a tyre in stock and fitted it while we waited and got us back on the road! Also while I waited they made me a new number plate for my motorbike.These guys are really friendly, helpful and the prices are good too. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you Zac and the rest of the team ?

The prices are great and the customer service is fantastic. The manager Zac is such a nice guy and exains stuff in easy to understandable terms. I recommend people to give this store a try if they need anything done in their car.

Fast efficient service from the guys at Wilco. Good prices for work done in the workshop, beats a lot of the bigger names. Has three workshop bays, so not too bad availability. Would recommend ?

I have used Wilco Motosave for a while now and they are fantastic. Although they are often quite busy (the sign of a good mechanic) Zach and his team always take the time to deliver great customer service.Previously, I have used other garages that use independent MOT testing centres and they have often failed a car, most likely because they know they will get the work - not with Wilco Motosave or their independent MOT testing centre. In fact, they were so good that the MOT was completed more quickly than was booked in for, and was cheaper than I have paid previously at other places and they don't create work that doesn't need to be done.Recently, my car needed new tyres, and again Zach was fantastic at sourcing the best tyres at the best price, and even got them fitted in a very reasinable time. Not only that, but with a 50 mile check and a two week check, just to make sure the tyres are settling in nicely, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tyres, servicing or MOT needs.In summary, great customer service, great prices, and a fantastic overall MOT / Service / Tyres service delivery.
