We stayed for 3 nights and found the room dirty which had not been hoovered and cleaned for some time. The bath room was disgusting and covered in mould and a health hazard. Nice room (number 2), comfy beds, good location and lovely towels ….. that’s the good points. The shower was DISGUSTING…. Spoke to the bar staff on the day of arrival who was already aware. The reviews from months ago say the same. How difficult is it to bleach and clean it? The cleaning team need replacing ASAP ….... read full comment
