My partner and I cannot thank Frank and his partner enough. We got engaged last night however the ring was too small and wouldn?t come off. I called Frank in a panic and he came and met us to remove the ring, he and his wife were so nice to us during it and really made my partner feel at ease. Not only that we managed to then enjoy the rest of our day celebrating. We know where we will be going to buy the wedding rings that?s for sure!

Together with my father, we bought a diamond eternity ring online for my mother's 75th birthday and cannot praise the service we received enough. My father was nervous to buy something unseen online but we were very quickly made to feel very comfortable - with quick responses to our queries; explanations of how the online purchase worked; more detail on the ring and fitting given, including the option to have a call, and a full understanding of the process should we have wanted to return it. This really allayed any initial worries and made the experience so easy and positive. The ring was dispatched and arrived the next day, in beautiful packaging with such thought given to the presentation that enabled us to give this really special gift to my mum - and she absolutely loves it! So thank you so much for all your time and help - it really made for a very happy birthday!

My fiancé bought me a beautiful watch from Braithwaites in 2020 and I absolutely love it. I had an issue with the winder and this jewellers couldn?t have been more helpful and resolved it with the minimum of fuss despite me living in Liverpool! They advised everything that I needed to do sorted it out and returned it without any inconvenience. The personal touch from when we purchased it and throughout has been amazing this jewellers is second to none. We will be returning to buy our wedding rings from there, Thank You so much excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone.
