DPD delivered my parcel half way across town and they closed at 17.30 - I paid for delivery to my house, why am I having to make two long journeys to retrieve my goods?!

Amazing helpful girls in the post office. Helped sort me out an international driving passport and a travel money card. I went on the recommendation of my mum who they helped with a travel money card and installed the app and gave a tutorial on. Fully recommend this post office.

Very poor been twice on Saturdays when they suppose to be open to collect a parcel to find they closed.Technical issues one member of staff told me strange how they get them on Saturdays.I. Will report them to the Post Office

Seems to just close whenever they fancy. For what is an ?essential? service for many it?s not really good enough.
