Kath has such fantastic customer service, she is a breath of fresh air, she is kind pleasant & very helpful. Could teach some other staff members some customer service skills. thank you to KATH

Had the most awful experience with the postmistress (manager on her badge) today! My son and I popped in one evening to post a parcel and she was extremely rude then. However, we went in again today and she was awful again! Very rude! Will not be returning!
