I don't normally do reviews but I was so impressed with Monkbar Pharmacy... I phoned them after getting no response from Boots where I should have collected a prescription. They answered fairly promptly and, without fuss, arranged for me to collect the prescription from them within 10 minutes!

We consider ourselves very lucky to live so close to such an excellent pharmacy. The staff are exemplary; caring and considerate, very efficient, with good communication systems and knowledgeable about us as individuals. Outstanding service.

Somewhat predictably I think it's a great pharmacy. The staff who work there make it great - the whole team clearly care about doing their job well and they try to treat people with kindness and compassion. Keep up the good work! ?
