Popped in for a sit-down lunch whilst visiting York. The pub was quiet just before 12. The classic selection of beers from Greene King in excellent form but the food style the show for us. Great quality all round but a special mention to the Katsu Burger - absolutely cooked to perfection, wonderful balance of flavours.... read full comment
