“Great selection of teas, hot chocolates and coffee. There are always 2 hot chocolates and 2 teas to sample which sre a great way to sample the drinks. You can also smell samples of the teas before buying.There is a good selection of strainers and teapots as well for the loose leaf tea.”

“Popped in to Rymans for a special type of diary for a friend for Xmas and the shop was quiet for a change so it was easy to go and look for what we wanted but we couldn't find any and asked a member of staff who showed us exactly what we were looking for and she was very pleasant.”

“After a terrible experience waiting 3 months for our order (to still not be delivered) and constantly given wrong information over and over from the customer service team (not in store) we returned back to the york store and spoke to Sam. Within 24 hours Sam had our issues sorted and a delivery date booked for 5 days later. 0 stars to the customer service received on the phone but 5 stars to the York store for helping us get it sorted.”
