Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Farah's today, she was professional friendly and an excellent nail and beauty therapist. I got a full set of nails and treated myself to a brow wax and tint. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend her to friends and family. She's very good value for money, her salon is welcoming and clean. What really impressed me was her ability to listen to what I wanted and her polite and professional manner. I'll be back soon Farah thank you

Don't get your eyebrows done if you have light hair. I asked for a light brown as I have blonde-ginger hair, was persuaded to a medium brown (so it 'won't wash off too quickly'), and walked out with eyebrows darker than my Egyptian flatmate's. I asked to lighten them after the dye came off, she tried, but it didn't lighten at all. It's probably because the dye was supposed to stay on for 2-3 minutes, but she started on the next client and left the dye on for almost 10 minutes, forgetting about me.I tried everything the internet suggested at home, nothing worked. I ended up plucking half my eyebrows on either side out to reduce the intensity, just to make me feel a bit less like I couldn't leave the house anymore.Eyebrows are extremely important to how a face looks. Mine looks like a clown's face now. I went to a sports session a few hours later and was asked from the get-go why I did that to my eyebrows.Edit: after a private conversation with the owner in response to the unhelpful reply to my review and that Wednesday was too late to fix this, I was asked to send pictures, and then she had the audacity to say this wasn't her doing and it doesn't even look that dark.I've had friends, people who love me, laugh at my face and then repeatedly apologise about how bad it looks and how bad I must feel. This behaviour is embarrassing on her side.

I've been going to Farah for my nails every month for the last 4 months and she does an amazing job every time. She listens and guides particularly when I want to try something new. Never rushes and gives great tips and advice too. My nails always last a minimum of 4 weeks. Looking forward to my next appointment with Farah ?
