I’m not normally bothered about uniforms but in a place you want to associate with cleanliness and order, that the reception staff member looked quite shoddily dressed initially put me off. Optician was great. Bit of a hard sell with the eye care product but it actually seems fairly worthwhile.”

“Just got home after a scary event to be on my own. Cannot fault the team from cashier, security and getting rangers for me and respecting my service dog too. Helping me while having syncope episodes, and making sure I was alright and getting home safely. It's more common to have people with disabilities robbed during these times but I couldnt be more grateful for my pup and the team together. Thank you”

“I had laser eye surgery back in July 2022 and cannot recommend them enough to others. From initial consultation to being discharged the staff at the york branch and operating staff in leeds were excellent. I had quite bad redness and irritation after surgery but the ophthalmologist and post surgery staff were reassuring and gave great care. Thank you for the 20/20 ??”
