“Great staff in there, very helpful and smiley. But I don't like the categorization system they have for dvds. It's so hard to search for a dvd that I've not heard of in a certain genre. I have to know what title I want otherwise I'm there forever.”

“Great selection of books, including graphic novels, and all genres such as fiction, but the shop contains more non fiction which is what I like. The shop is not that big and I feel it should have been bigger, for the sheer number of customers that goes in. Overall a great used bookshop and great value too.”

“Just had our Samsung TV repaired by DBS (Samsung's service partner in our area). As it was only 15 months old and just out of warranty, Samsung honoured the repair as a goodwill gesture. Once DBS had the parts, they came and fixed it within a week. Overall we had a good experience with both Samsung and DBS. The guys who came to make the repair where on time and where friendly and personable. They did not take long as they simply brought a replacement panel. All done in 30 mins with no mess. ?Would recommend based on our experience.”
