I came in for a file and shellac polish. I wasn't asked what shape nails I wanted, she just rounded them. When she was about to paint them and I said 3 nails were longer than the others andshe said they will look fine when painted. I said I would prefer them all the same length. So she quickly clipped the top off 3 nails and didn't file the edges...result is 3 square nails and the rest rounded! Ugh. I give two stars instead of one as the painting was good. She also rushed me off the chair, and there were no other customers in line. Perhaps they pay more attention to detail on customers having more expensive nails done...? I won't be returning, nor recommending.
