Great shop with a variety of homeware and soft furnishings. I visited this time to return some curtains I bought online as I ordered the wrong size. Returning via store was incredibly easy and money was refunded straight back to the card I used for the online purchase.I shop here a lot and have always found the staff helpful and knowledgeable

Love everything about this shop in terms of products, value for money and shop floor staff. However a couldn?t give 5 stars due to the staff in the coffee shop. Everything was far too much trouble, no smiles, zero customer service. Maybe we cought them on a bad day ?

Lovely helpful friendly staff initially... this impression was sadly erased by being barked at like naughty children by another member of staff for the crime of browsing products at the other end of the aisle where a spillage had taken place. This particular employee needs to watch her tone because her disrespectful attitude lost the store custom, as we decided to buy all the paint for our new home elsewhere.
