I would NOT recommend this hairdressers salon, especially as a student. I had a consultation booked, called ahead to push it back an hour, the lady on the phone said just come whenever you won't need an appointment. Came that day and was sent away. Was stood at reception, no one there, and feeling very unwanted as a student as there was a lot of middle aged people there. Got rescheduled for an appointment the next day. Hairdresser was rude, condescending, and calling my hair damaged repeatedly-despite me trying to take care of it and feeling insecure about it already! Dampened part of my hair to see the elasticity and when it had good elasticity, said something along the lines of "that is probably because of whatever oil you've applied to it", just rude. Then after slandering my hair, and I said what I want, she said it wasn't going to be possible because of my hair's fineness and too damaged (understandable?) but then proceeding to suggest under head highlights and a lot of other unnecessary things to then plan to charge me £200 for what I don't want! Didn't even tell me the £200, my friend just oversaw it on the monitor! An awful experience and would never visit again. If you are a student AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They make you feel unwanted and then try scam you into paying extortionate amounts for what you don't want.Can also confirm that this is the salon I had the awful experience with, the current account being used is not my real name for privacy reasons, and I visited the salon over 6 months ago and was reminded of it today, hence the delayed writing my review!Second edit, I don?t know why the owner is trying to give me a further horrid experience accusing me of not attending the hairdressers. Quite frankly I wish I hadn?t! The review reflects my experience and you should focus on providing a good customer service to students instead of trying to shift blame and accuse me of not having been. I deserve privacy and do not wished to be harassed further with you knowing my personal details. But in future, work on criticism as opposed to trying to debunk it as lies. A horrid experience and a horrid approach to my review.

My hair has been done by Amy for about a year now. I was trying to find a good hairdresser and I deffo found it! She did my cooper/ ginger colour and I absolute am obsessed!! She?s amazing and so so so friendly I always recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser

Made a booking for a perm tomorrow, on their website, and then received a call telling me "we don't do them anymore" and cancelling the appointment. Why was it still in their system as bookable then??? What a waste of time. I could have booked somewhere else, and it's too late for tomorrow for me now. This business needs to get it's act together better.

Came here today for a full head of highlights and cut after seeing the reviews on google and safe to say I am really impressed! Sharron was so helpful and knowledgeable the whole way through, I wanted a natural looking fringe and light blonde highlights and I'm so so happy with the results I can't thank her enough! I have finally found a perfect place to cut my curly hair!From the very first minutes I knew I could trust Sharron as she knew exactly what needs to be done! Her attention to detail is incredible. Even though I could say nothing and my hair would be cut beautifully, I was given a lot of space to voice my worries and to share ideas. Full professionalism!And such fabulous interior. I made an appointment for this place before I even moved to the UK and they were so helpful and accomodating. Reasonable prices for lovely service. It was a busy day for the girls when I went, and I am so thrilled with my foils and haircut. Sharron is so knowledgeable and made my hair feel brand new with a healthy trim ?

I had a restyle from James today, and it was a fantastic cut!! He's so friendly and professional and genuinely talented. I've got fine, thin curly hair and I was ready for a change. He did a great baby mullet and dealt really well with my curls. I usually find going to salons stressful and feel nervous but I was instantly comfortable. 10/10!Services: Hairstyling
