Went during the day, so it was very quiet. Only my son and I in.Staff attentive.Had steak, chips, and onion rings.My son took me as a Mother's Day treat.Lovely steak but was extremely expensive.

Great restaurant tucked behind the back of a cute arcade I chose from the restaurant week and got 3 courses for £30 I had parmo croquettes (nice spin on a lcal delicacy) followed by the chicken burger and homemade cheesecake Visit this restaurant soon folk ??

We ate here Friday 12th Jan at 8pm. We had sharing platters and oysters. 4 were in our party but only 3 of us ate the oysters. Saturday night the 3 of us that ate the oysters had violent diarrhoea and vomiting and it has persisted until today. Now this isn?t the problem, the problem was their response to us raising this issue with them. They contacted us, spoke to us on the phone, requested we take stool samples and send them to our GP. They gave us less than 24 hours to complete this which we are actually working on doing but they have just got back in touch with us and basically told us to get lost in more polite terms. So why did they ask us to poo in a cup? Is it a weird power move of theirs? Who knows, all I know is we won?t ever go back here but we will be going back to Yarm. The most fun, is they originally agreed with us and said the oysters were likely the cause. We have receipts and screenshots to support everything I?ve said here.

Food was outstanding and service was impeccable. We went especially for Sunday Dinner which is a firm favourite of ours and did not disappoint. Lucy was incredibly attentive and great with my kids.

We had a lovely experience, our waitress Fran was an absolute legend, She was polite and friendly. We had lovely food matched with the service. Thank you for such a pleasant meal. We had Christmas eve dinner and it was lovely I had the parmo and husband had a steak.

Lovely service especially from Jack and Lucy. Breakfast always delivers fresh produce. Service is efficient and always with a smile.

Had a booking for half 4 new years eve arrived early and seated straight away, service was top notch from entering to leaving, polite bubbly and on the ball. Food was absolutely gorgeous, they even managed to fit us in to stay abit longer at our table, overall we had a brilliant experience here and shall be returning soon. Thanks to all and happy new year

Lunch 23/12/23 and dinner 31/12/23 I'd like to say that the lunch was superb and we were well looked after by Lucy, Niamh and Anais. Dinner last night wasn't the best food we've had but appreciate it was ridiculously busy, we were superbly looked after by Olivia who helped us out with our ordering.

Parmo croquettes & sirloin steak was great. Service by Fran was spot on, nothing was a problem. Would fully recommend! Lovely all round experience

Service from Fran was good, efficient. Ribeye was a bit tough even tough medium rare. Sides were nice & good atmosphere.
