Terrible service. Had tryes checked and was told i needed two new front tyres. They said they would call me when they were in stock. A week later i rang them, they wanted to know the tyre size ? Shouldn't they already know. Turns out they hadn't ordered them at all.

Excellent customer service today. I visited ATS to get the AirCon fixed on my X-trail and they were very professional, friendly and prompt. It was a good price too. I have always found them very helpful and over the years I have been going to them I have always had a great service. Thank you.

Massive thank you to the lovely fella who helped us with our tyre , literally about to get on the motorway for a 2 hour drive home to Lancashire our tyre pressure dropped massively with a warning in the car , Googled nearest tyre place & it was here and fortunately less than 3 miles away I rang ahead as it was due to shut in 15 mins & the fella said no problem to bring it , he then fixed the tyre (a huge nail in it ) & was all sorted within 20 mins , fantastic service & a really nice friendly fellaThanks so much you literally saved us loads of hassle . Your a star ??
