Awful customer service rude not helpful bought diamond ring for wife 4 days later took it back because stones fell out won't replace it or give money back just offered repair very rude staff won't give her name or contact no for head office had to push for written reason for refusal then tried to put italics in instead of shop name trading standards meeting tomorrow

Nice shop and good choice, can't say the same about the staff not very helpful and where have the manners and customer service gone. Does no one smile or say good afternoon these days. Whilst buying my ring I didn't get one word, maybe its because I wasn't local or young people have no manners who knows

The customer service is appaling. My wife bought a neck chain two weeks ago and the clasp snapped soon after. After approaching a staff member and informing them of the problem, we had no apology, the staff member took the chain into the back and then informed us that it had been stretched and therefore put stress on the clasp. When I challenged the assistant about it not being fit for purpose, as it snapped after 2 weeks, we were shut down in conversation, that it is our fault and she can't do any about it until the manager is back at work. Not for another 3 days. I can live with the chain breaking. What I don't like was the terrible attitude that is was our fault after only 2 weeks. I don't expect miracles but it would be nice if some one actually cared about their customers and put them first, rather than the business.
